To get an idea of what we may need to improve for our digipaks, our class and teacher sat down and looked at our digipak, so that they could give some feedback. We had not put the spine up, but the class analysed it anyway. Some of the positive comments they said was:
- The colours were good and were consistent throughout the whole digipak.
- They liked the font we used for her name "Elle", as they felt it looked like her signature.
- They like the photograph, as they felt it looked quite proffesional.
- Also, they liked that the background for it was very plain which ensured that the image stood out- which was important.
- Lastly, they liked the constant theme oft he lips and how we had made them stand out.
However, there was one criticism that they had. This was that:
- They felt that our idea for behind the CD, was quite plain and boring compared to the rest of the Digipak. We went for a plain blue background, as everything else was quite over-crowded, but they suggested that we just have something simple on there, such as the signature "Elle."
We appreciated these comments, so me and my group got together and decided that we would change behind the CD, as after carefully considering it- we agreed.
