To get an idea of what type of clothing is used or seen in music videos- I did some research. Once again I looked at Kesha and Rihanna, because this is the style me and my group decided we would focus on.

After carefully looking at these images I noticed that the following pieces of clothing were popular for these artists:
1) Scruffy denim shorts that are high-waisted.
2) A casual and indie looking top, that makes the outfit more interesting to look at.
3) A coat- which is either leather and furry- which adds character to the outfit. As it is winter when we are filming, we will be using some form of coat which will add to our characters rocky image.
4) Then there are the shoes which are either boots or trainers. Rihanan is more R&B so she appears in trainers, whereas Kesha is more rocky and is often seen wearing boots with the top undone, to add to her "crazy" and scruffy image. As our character is more rocky, we will definitely consider using boots.
